Founded in 2003, Capital R Construction is a commercial and industrial general contractor serving Casa Grande, Pinal County, and communities throughout Arizona. For more than two decades, we have helped clients bring their projects to life through quality construction, transparent communication, and a commitment to doing what we say we will do.

Today, more than 85% of our work comes from repeat clients and direct referrals. We believe that is one of the strongest measures of success. When clients choose to work with us again—or recommend us to others—it reflects the trust, relationships, and results we strive to deliver on every project.

As a Casa Grande native and graduate of Casa Grande Union High School, Rusty Riggs never imagined that one day he would raise his family and build a business in the same community that helped shape him. What started as a desire to provide quality construction services has grown into a company trusted by businesses, schools, municipalities, churches, industrial clients, and organizations throughout Arizona.

While the company has grown over the years, our mission has never been to become the biggest contractor. Our goal has always been to be one of the best.
